DELIVERY IN DENMARK

Shipping price 39,- DKK to DAO pick-up point.

Free delivery on all orders over 300 DKK to DAO pick-up point.

During high season and sale, delivery might take a little longer.

Shipping price 10 EUR

ORDER CHANGES
LOUDLY is not able to make changes to your order after it has been competed, so make sure that everything is correct before you check out.

 

RETURNS

You have 30 days to return – free of charge.

Contact LOUDLY (info@loudly.dk) to inform us that you like to return from your order. We email you a return label.

Please ensure that all items are returned clean, unworn and have all of their tags and original packaging. Items that are not in a condition for resale will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.

When returning your order to LOUDLY, please send the parcel to:

Please enclose details with your name, order number (or copy of the original invoice).

 

EXCHANGE

If you wish to exchange, please contact LOUDLY and send the item, you wish to exchange, back to us. You are responsible for the return expenses. When we have exchanged your order, we will pay for the shipping back to you. If the returned items are not in same condition and/or quantity as upon delivery, a significant decrease of value of the goods will happen.
